Oversee the Essex Criminal Justice Board and its subgroups to develop and shape the programme of transformation across the criminal justice system in Essex- Write and refresh the ECJB and RRB strategies and delivery plans - Event organisation- Oversee the Reducing Reoffending Board and its sub groups- Influence multi-agency partnerships and support countywide initiatives that provide pathways to reduce reoffending- Support a more integrated and collaborative approach to the commissioning and provision of reducing reoffending interventions across the partnership- Work closely with analysts and performance leads across partner agencies to encourage a coordinated approach to data gathering and interpretation in relation to criminal justice activities- Support the development and delivery of strategies relating to specialist areas of offending- Provide professional advice to the PFCC, Deputy PFCC and their Senior Management Team on such issues and represent the PFCC on related local, regional and national partnerships, committees and forums as required- Act as professional advisor on criminal justice issues, as well as providing bespoke reports and consultation responses as and when required.
