In a new role for the Co-op, I have the pleasure to lead the team that develops strategy, partnership, practice and creative for in-store signage and art. This work communicates the needs of product, marketing, values, and brand for legacy, new, and concept stores. • DD the design language and system for the Co-op’s physcial environments • Stand up and VE the Art & Found Program to deliver on time and on budget • Evolve and adapt our Brand Style to architectural and financial constraints • Coach and challenge creatives and leadership in brick & mortar concepts We are doing this with care for our team culture of vulnerability, support, and balance, while building up a structured creative process. This dynamic prepares us to consistently imagine, create and deliver solutions that answer the business needs of the Co-op with all the Co-opiness that needs us.
