ABOUT NIKKI DONALD
I truly love the hospitality industry and I had the pleasure of starting at the \"bottom\" and working my way up, thus giving me an appreciation for all positions on a team. I started in housekeeping (my toughest job to date), 4 weeks later I was promoted to a front desk position (because I love interacting with people). 6 months later I became the guest services manager. I then moved to a larger hotel and served as a sales coordinator and in less than a year I was promoted to a sales & events manager position. In 2007, I started my career at the Detroit CVB as an account executive. In 3 years I was promoted to sales manager and 4 years later, I was promoted to national sales manager. Humility, hard work and dedication will cause you to blossom wherever you are planted!
