ABOUT NIKKI DINGLE

Postworks, Communications made simple, secure and actually work for people.I joined Postworks at grass-roots level. Since then, we’ve grown in size, built a brilliant team, and consistently hit same-day SLAs. I lead operations, compliance, and most of the tricky stuff that makes a business run properly.I head up our ISMS, QMS, EMS and BCMS and we hold ISO 9001 and 27001 with zero non-conformities. We’re on track to achieve 14001 and 22301 by year-end. We’re also carbon neutral, contract-free, and one of the only providers offering both inbound and outbound communications, all on our own platform.Before falling in love with the world of communications, I spent nearly a decade leading people and change in the public sector.
