I help leaders find Interim HR talent for projects or interim roles. I help the consultants I work with find meaningful assignments that will allow them to use their strengths.My experiences allow me to dig deep and ask lots of questions to understand business problems and find the right fit – matching consultant skills and expertise to clients’ interim HR needs. I bring 20+ years in HR supporting US and International organizations.Before moving into my current Business Development role, I worked alongside HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders building strong partnerships and helping people and businesses solve some of their biggest HR and operational challenges. I have helped 75+ organizations across multiple industries with their HR technology needs including assessments, vendor selection, business process redesign, implementation support, and change and project management.Earlier in my career, I led a Global HR Operations team for St. Jude Medical and held various HR roles with Best Buy, building experience across multiple functional areas including recruiting, performance management, succession planning, post-merger integrations, training, and leadership development.I hold a M.A. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a B.B.A. from Georgia State University. I have maintained my SPHR certification since 2012.Outside of work, I volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Girl Scouts River Valleys, and the MN Pride Rotary; and am a Past President of the UMN, Industrial Relations Center Alumni Association.
