Offering a very personal, tailor-made service by building relationships and taking the time to get to know you and your individual needs. I am a customer-focused property professional with an RICS Accredited Master\'s Degree in Property Development from The University of Portsmouth. Skilled in Site Inspections, Networking, Project Delivery, Report Writing and Team Building. Having graduated from University in 2006, I worked for Vail Williams Building Consultancy team as a Graduate Building Surveyor. This role gave me many skills, such as report writing; producing schedules of condition on behalf of the tenant; schedules of dilapidation on behalf of the landlord; building surveys and defect reports, as well as project management roles for several construction and refurbishment projects across Sussex and Hampshire. After being made redundant during the 2009 recession and subsequently raising a family, I took time to re-evaluate what I wanted my property career to look like. I very much have a passion for property, and have invested much time and money in mentoring and coaching from both Danielle Bell -\"Hungry Mummy\", and Steven Green -\"The Property Investment Academy\". I have completed Steven\'s Advanced and Elite courses, giving me advanced investment knowledge, a trusted and verified support network of property professionals, as well as professional advice whenever I need it. Following this, my husband and I started M N Bartlett Properties Ltd, using our property knowledge to help others get an excellent return for their money through investing in property. Through my local knowledge and motivation to educate myself, I keep up to date with recent developments and requirements. By attending many local Property Networking events and regularly interacting with property professionals, I provide a trusted service to property investors who lack time, helping them to find the perfect investment properties to make their money work harder for them. I love to help people, and in 2021 I decided to start my own customer-focused real estate company through Keller Williams, building relationships to help people sell and find their perfect homes. I feel people deserve a more personalised service when doing something as life-changing as moving home, so Bartlett and Dowse was born.
