Reporting directly into the Chief Technology Officer with the main aim to deliver the change roadmap for the business, ensuring key strategic projects are delivered within time and budget. Pragmatic and delivery focused approach engaging with stakeholders, whilst operating holistically across our leadership, operations, technology, and commercial teams, as well as our other support functions. My role leads the scoping, definition and delivery of change and continuous improvement to ensure outcomes and expected benefits are clearly articulated and that agreed work is aligned to the overall project/initiative. As a change Lead, this involves resource planning, coordinating and liaising with development partners, suppliers and our internal change team of Business and Robotic Analysts. Managing the roadmap and workloads to ensure timelines are achieved, reporting progress and providing updates on initiatives to board and the senior leadership.Driving a continuous improvement culture by delivering Lean Six Sigma training across the business to increase awareness, supporting by coaching colleagues who choose to complete a process improvement initiative for the business for their self-development.
