ABOUT NIKKI BELL ATKINSON

I help the public sector organisations I work with to realise change, improving the service they deliver and the experience of their employees for the better. Doing this as a Principal Consultant specialising in change management for PA Consulting.I have over 20 years experience working in the public sector, and am passionate about enabling public sector organisations to deliver tangible benefits for the citizens they serve. I have extensive experience of leading multifaceted programmes and projects, from organisational change in response to the UK\'s exit from the EU, to changing how a government department tackled enablers of criminality in a complex stakeholder landscape.I have a strong background in leading teams and I am a Civil Service Future Leaders Scheme alumna. I\'m experienced in developing, coaching and mentoring others in the Civil Service.I also have a background in intelligence across a variety of organisations. Ranging from designing and delivering a new intelligence function for an arm\'s length body. Through to Intelligence Analysis within central government, local and national policing bodies.
