I have been performing research at the UI Health Craniofacial Center with other students. This work is done in parallel with my research at ImmersiveTouch Inc. and I collaborated with my mentor, fellow students, engineers, and surgeons to plan and conduct experiments successfully. To ensure success, I followed a “Plan, Do, Check, Act” procedure for the pilot scientific study. Additionally, I streamlined our efforts to control variations and developed and promoted use of standardized procedures to reduce uncertainty. I spent significant time statistically analyzing and validating the results from our studies. These efforts led to proven software with improved and expanded capabilities.
