I am a passionate Human Resources Professional with an aim to network and build most effective workforce\'s possible. Currently, I am working as a freelance Recruitment Consultant at Recruit N Refer. I have been helping our clients and businesses to find perfect hires and meet their requirements. Building relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and all the key stakeholders is my strength.My experience and educational background helped me to understand the core aspects of recruiting and overall companies’ perspective of functioning the business model. I have conducted the full recruitment cycle, from preparing job description, to employment offers. Used various recruitment metrics such as yield ratios, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) HRIS system, multiple score cards, etc. along with it, maintaining confidentiality of employees’ information enabled me to lead the process and deliver effective results. Furthermore, using my organizing, problem-solving skills led me to deliver better results to our clients and resulting to increased sales revenue for the company. Also, it provided me with the skills set to meet the deadlines in the fast-paced economy and deliver detail project plans with higher precision to every detail.
