Experience
Strategy Team Lead Accenture Development Partnerships
Sep 2021 — Present · IN
Currently, I am engaged with Accenture Development Partnerships, spearheading strategy consulting initiatives with a core emphasis on fostering social impact and driving international development across various sectors. Some key engagements led by me include- Leading a Community of Practice (CoP) across Asia and Africa to advance gender mainstreaming in maternal health, supporting over 20 grantees across 6 coalitions. This includes sourcing and vetting innovators, managing grants, and facilitating peer learning and communications. The CoP builds capacity of health workforce actors by enabling technical exchange, implementation support, and sustainability planning through events, dialogues, and mentoring forums, all managed and led by me- Leading performance management for a portfolio of grants in India focused on maternal and newborn health, gender equity, workforce development, and climate-public health intersections. Overseeing grantee selection, aligned impact with Theory of Change, monitoring budget utilization, and driving collaborative learning—enhancing grantee effectiveness and showcasing results. In addition, also leading development and dissemination of collaterals and communication to external stakeholders- Developed a nutrition systems capacity strategy for the Gates Foundation by assessing emerging public health institutions in India, identifying their potential to strengthen national research and dialogue—contributing to long-term workforce and institutional development- Applied strong analytical and project management skills to evaluate a public sector climate adaptation project in Indonesia (UNOPS), generating insights to guide future investments in environmental health- Conducted a strategic landscape analysis on cancer care across LMICs, identifying funding opportunities and high-impact innovators to inform client investment decisions.
