PMO Lead-( JnJ Healthcare)As a PMO Lead, I have been responsible for overseeing key project management operations and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. My core responsibilities include:• Managing contractual documentation and task such as PTK, TNM, and SLM, along with preparing and submitting PurchaseOrder Backups (POBs).•Coordinating with support teams to ensure the timely creation of WBS (Work Breakdown Structures) basedonshared project plans.•Driving month-end closure activities, including FL removals and UUCB (Unutilized User Cost Burden)movements.•This role has further strengthened my project coordination, stakeholder management, and reportingcapabilities,contributing to seamless project execution and operational efficiency.•Handled the portfolio of 350 resources and ensuring their monthly allocations are in place as per the contracts plan.•Involved in monthly invoicing of contracts as per the milestone distributions for FP contracts•Validation and tracking of timesheets followed by Billing Vital Export (BV Export).•Utilizing internal tools such as I Glance and CB reports to monitor project health, resource utilization, and financial tracking.•Facilitated weekly project status meetings and prepared executive-level updates and presentations.•Ensured compliance with PMO standards and methodologies, contributing to continuous improvement of PMO processes and documentation.•Generation and tracking of RGS ( Requirement Gathering System) raised in the system for the open requirements in the processes as suggested by the PM\'s.•Managed resource allocation tracking and assisted in budget forecasting and cost analysis.•Provided analytical support in project prioritization and capacity planning activities.
