As an aspiring Human Resources professional with a strong passion for organizational development and talent management, I’m currently pursuing a degree in HR Management. Alongside my studies, I’m actively involved in student leadership as a member of the Student Council, where I help organize events, advocate for student needs, and create a supportive environment for my peers. In addition, I serve as the Student Placement Coordinator, connecting students with valuable internship and job opportunities to help them bridge the gap between academia and industry.Through my experiences in student leadership and placement coordination, I have developed strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. I’ve worked closely with faculty, staff, and external organizations to ensure that students receive the support they need to launch successful careers. I’m also passionate about fostering a positive campus culture and advocating for the voice of students.I’m eager to continue expanding my knowledge in HR, particularly in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce development. I’m open to networking with professionals in HR, education, and student development, and I’m excited about pursuing internships or entry-level opportunities in HR to apply my skills and contribute to a dynamic organization.In my free time, I enjoy traveling and exploring spiritual and natural wonders, which fuels my curiosity and broadens my perspective on different cultures and environments.
