ABOUT NIKITA SINGH
An Organizational Psychologist from the London School of Economics (LSE), I work in the areas of Learning, Leadership, Talent Management and Wellbeing. A large part of my work has been focused on Leadership assessment, Coaching and custom program design through blended learning. My experience spans 10+ countries, and diverse sectors like Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Textiles, FMCG, Technology and Retail. I have worked with a 200+ young professionals, mid level leaders and senior level leaders in the last few years, leveraging a multitude of assessment methodologies and coaching, based on the context. I\'m passionate about everything to do with the Future of Work and aspire to contribute to this through my current role in the EY Learning Lab and through Leadership & Career coaching. I learn best through making meaning/generating insights of my everyday experiences, integrating these insights with relevant research and sharing the combination of the two on LinkedIn and/or relevant publications.
