My journey began with a foundation in pharmacy, followed by a Master\'s in Pharmaceutics where I collaborated with Sun Pharma on innovative antifungal drug delivery systems. At Dr. Reddy\'s, I led proof-of-concept development for critical products like omeprazole suspension and cardiovascular drug combinations, while managing cross-functional teams across supply chain, clinical, and patent departments. My technical background, combined with hands-on experience in licensing activities, has given me a unique perspective on bridging scientific innovation with regulatory compliance.
