They say growth happens when you step out of your comfort zone and moving from India to the U.S. really made me realize that. I realized that it’s okay to say, “I don’t know, but I’m willing to learn,” and that staying curious can open doors I never imagined. With a background in commerce and professional accounting in India, and completing Master\'s of Accountancy from Case Western Reserve University, I have discovered that learning doesn’t stop at degrees or job titles- it is shaped by people, perspectives, and everyday challenges. Alongside my role at RSM, I am pursuing US CPA, which reflects my commitment to continuous learning and my goal of building a career grounded in trust, technical excellence, and curiosity. I value the importance of empathy and active listening in every interaction- whether it’s collaborating with teammates, supporting clients, or connecting outside of work.
