Roles & Responsibilities- • Oversee team of 5 accountants, gauge\\ team’s performance, and collaborated with various departments to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial aspects.• Review account financials and confirm performance of vertical in terms of Cashflow forecast vs actual revenue with Treasury team and Financial Controllers & Managers.• Collaborating with Sales, Logistics, Account Managers, and intersecting Teams to enhance the process and ensuring smooth workflow. Support the financial aspect of the logistics such as credit limit issues, receivables, etc.• Perform holistic review of the OTC process, identify gaps with the special focus on Order Management, Contract Management, Customer Master Data and execute the corrective action plans based on risk level.• Assist in the compilation of data and prepare reports like Credit note provision, for regular reviews of regional portfolios with the key stakeholders.• Review and update all the process documentations on Quarterly Basis.• Preparation of presentation materials on portfolio metrics i.e, Overdue %, 90+ balances, deductions reports,dashboards/graphs to showcase team performance on monthly basis.• Monitoring operational metrics. Responsible to guarantee all Disputes claims are resolved and maximum collectionis made with adherence to the SLA timelines.• Prepare GL variance in balance sheet in Blackline reconciliations as per the financial standards.• Ensure proper escalation matrix is followed, issues are tracked, and actions are properly assigned and monitored.• Coordinating with IT team to implement the Collection Management Tool in SAP S4/HANA and improve billingprocess for faster collection.• Successfully completed project for invoice delivery conversion (automated).• Ensure all the source documents (DTPs) and portfolio information are updated.• Effectively transitioned Market finance role for the dispute claims process and reconciliation for Middle East Asia & Africa region.
