ABOUT NIKI KOHARI

I\'m a serial entrepreneur and lifelong leader with a passion for leadership development, shaping a collaborative company culture, focusing on continuous improvement, and building great teams though collaboration and productive conflict. I\'ve started my own companies, held executive roles in other startups, written book chapters and articles, collected and disseminated my own research, taught classes and corporate trainings, spoken at industry events, consulted with people starting new businesses, and coached leaders in the software industry.I\'m currently the COO at Ardent, responsible for business operations, strategy, and GTM. I also work as a business and leadership coach through my own company, BrightSpark Coaching. I work with executive, managers, and business owners on topics from teamwork to communication to work-life integration.I consider my specialties to be: Leadership Development, Organizational Psychology, Team Collaboration, Diversity in Technology Companies, Strategic Planning, Training Design, Feedback/360s, Employee Onboarding, Agile and Lean Methodologies, Energy Leadership, CliftonStrengths, and Business Operations.I hope to change the world by helping people find their inner spark and shine it bright! I believe the way to change the world is to help each person become more conscious and aware of who they are and where they want to go. That\'s also why I facilitate meditation sessions whenever possible!I want to help people be their best selves and achieve their definition of success, so I meet them where they are, and we start the coaching journey together. This is true of the people I manage as well as the clients that I work with in my coaching practice.
