About Niki Helley Ward

The first time I took a left-brain/right brain test was in my high school biology class. I came out exactly even, which explains why creative operations is such a good fit for me. I really love the organizational aspects of building schedules, managing budgets, and measuring resources, but I also know that creatives need certain non-quantifiable elements in order to execute to their full potential. It also explains why I love photography. You need a little bit of math and science to control the camera and work in a dark room. The left brain locks down the fundamentals, so the right brain can be free to explore and create. I am a creative problem solver, both artistically and technically skillful. Always curious, I love building processes across teams to foster communication and trust, and ultimately execute the best creative. Managing resources and setting expectations allows all invested parties to feel understood and recognized, and ultimately, do what they do best.

   Oversee the production and implementation of US and Global content (third party, UI, screen and hardware assets, etc.) in all print deliverables; including Client Retail Stores and various Channel and Retail partners. • Participate in project kickoff, content meetings, reviews, and other meetings as needed. • Continually look for efficiencies and improvements in process, task automation, and new technology. • Facilitate relationships between external and internal partners, ensuring up-to-date information is communicated. • Own quality control of all assets coming in from, and going out to vendors, studio teams, etc. • Own projects from end to end with minimal oversight, working both independently, and collaboratively within a larger team environment.
