I have over 20 years’ experience in design and have spent 15+ years building and managing UX design teams consisting of UX Managers, UX Designers, UX Researchers, UX Writers, and Front-end Engineers. For the last 13 years, I have been at Amazon working in Customer Service Tech, Retail Systems, Amazon Fashion, Alexa Smart Home, and most recently AWS Q for Business & AppStudio.My teams have designed the full shopping customer journey – from applications allowing vendors to add selection to the website, to customers reviewing their past purchases and receiving support, and the product discovery and evaluation experience in between.Together we have designed the complete Smart Home customer experience, allowing customers to setup, control, configure, and automate their Smart Home within the Alexa mobile app, across Echo Family Devices, on Fire TV and Fire tablet, and with voice.Now I am most excited to have the opportunity to design experiences and shape the future of AWS Q for Business & AppStudio.
