ABOUT NIKI TAYLOR

I’ve spent over 20 years in the plastics distribution industry, helping customers find the right solutions and building strong, lasting relationships along the way. My journey has taken me from Internal sales at Robert Horne/PaperlinX to more than a decade at Amari Plastics as an Account Manager and External Sales Representative and now to my current role as a Sales Estimator at Vaplas.Across these roles I’ve learned what matters most: understanding customer needs, managing projects end-to-end, and delivering reliable, trusted service. Today, I use that experience to provide accurate, competitive quotes while supporting customer projects from start to finish. I love problem-solving, clear communication, and making sure every customer gets the best possible experience.Outside work, I volunteer with The Conservation Volunteers (TCV), recently stepping into the role of Volunteer Officer. It’s a chance to contribute to environmental projects, support my community, and develop practical and leadership skills, something I find incredibly rewarding.I’m motivated by helping people, building meaningful connections, and making a positive impact, both in my industry and in my community.
