Over 30 years of experience in ship structural design, engineering, constructon, oil & gas, drilling equipment, surveys; new construction and after construction surveys on ships, machinery, equipment testing. I have experience from the FEED phase through the procurement, installation, commissioning and thru facility start up and issuance of COI, as well as recertification of operational vessels through Annual, mid-term, and special Class Surveys.Well versed in all phases of project execution, construction management, dimensional control, welding documents, NDE, FATs, and review of project documentation. Interface directly with Class Societies, Jurisdictional Regulators and Vendors for tracking and closure of open comments or non-conformances.Thorough knowledge of the codes and standards that drive the regulations, including: ASME, API, ASTM, etc.Fluent in English, Croatian and Italian. Understand German Language.
