Automated Part Shortages Dashboard in MS Access enabling planners to estimate parts shortages in advance and proactively communicate with vendors\\\\n• Used MS Excel Macros and SQL to automate the traffic report, allowing planners to view part shortages for a month used for manufacturing trucks. The planners can select the vendors of their choice and notify them a week before they view an upcoming shortage\\\\n• Designed interactive Tableau Dashboards to analyze the aged ASN Shipments by weeks ago using custom SQL, calculated fields, actions, filters\\\\n• Built a consolidated Planner’s Dashboard in Tableau displaying the net and gross availability and the open purchase orders for ship dates\\\\n• Worked on building pipelines to integrate SAP Ariba with Snowflake to ingest data periodically from Ariba to Snowflake. This helps in creating a unified data lake system for the entire organization.
