Track dependencies and coordinate across international departments to ensure all milestones are completed on time. Manage the overall budget for the program, including allocating funds amongst project teams and activities to ensure costs are controlled. Work closely with business owner to understand needs and objectives. Establish and maintain relationships with international project teams, clients, stakeholders, and partners throughout the course of the program. Review progress regularly to identify potential issues and mitigate risks. Provide regular status updates to executive leadership. Program ManagerSupport leadership to ensure all solution requirements are met and verified for large software implementation. Coordinate and manage interactions regarding the program analysis and implementation with the client, the software manufacturer and 3rd party implementation partners. Utilize standard PM tools such as project charters, project plans, communications plan, status reports, etc. in order to ensure alignment of communication between workstreams. Create various executive level presentations and provide read outs regarding project status on a weekly basis. Delegate work to project team and ensure risks and issues are tracked and mitigated. Escalate issues to client and/or governance structure as necessary. Collaborate with other program managers to clear roadblocks.
