Responsible for leading and managing the Foundation\'s grantmaking portfolios, ensuring alignment with the organization\'s mission and goals, supporting existing pathways for mission-aligned impact, identifying and recommending new strategies, executing the Foundation\'s strategic plan, managing the learning and evaluation aspect of the Foundation\'s grantmaking activities, all under the supervision of the President and Board of Directors. Key responsibilities include: strategic planning and program development, grantmaking oversight including managing the grantmaking process including application cycle, review, notification, awarding, followup and communicating foundation impact and reporting. Responsible for fostering strategic partnerships with grant-seeking partners and constituents, providing support to grantees and fostering collaboration across public and private organizations while building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective grantees, community partners, foundation peers, private industry and civic organizations.
