Working with a team of Change Management Specialists to transform the way in which the Government of New Brunswick manages employee data, financial services to taxpayers and suppliers by switching to an ERP system, Oracle Fusion. A multi-year technological change that is fundamentally shifting the way GNB operates. As a Change Specialist, we are focused on the people side of the change; supporting awareness, readiness, and building strong and long standing sustainability plans to ensure this project is successfully implemented.We work closely with functional teams, data and integrations, and project managers to move the aggressive timelines of the project forward without forgetting about the most important components along the way; the civil servants of this province that keep the wheels turning.
