Projects & Achievements:REGUS:• Global lead in the mobilisation of a decentralised Recruitment Management System in 94 countries, and 14 languages. The main objective was to implement a single global recruitment system and way of recruiting that would be aligned to a new Careers Website. Track all applicants in the ATS and offer a single point of recruitment reporting/ data• Implemented a global recruitment attraction strategy for all field hiring, including social media, employment branding and online media.• Mobilised hiring managers to attract and recruit talent for business centre hiring.• Created from inception to completion a complete hiring and recruitment branding toolkit designed to support a decentralised recruitment model and be utilised globally.ADOBE:• Driver and project owner of the entire background verification process across the EMEA region. Including partnering with Legal, HR and colleagues in North America in order to research, ensure compliance in EMEA regions and successful execution including process maps and training and implementation across business units and hiring community. Received a Global HR Excellence Award in recognition of the success of the project and process.• Project lead and owner for Adobe’s first employer branding submission in the UK, The Times 100. Managed entire project plan, liaised with all areas of the business in order to obtain data and relevant information, total ownership of questionnaire and selected areas of focus for the submission. Managed all internal PR to ensure that employees were engaged and would complete the survey. In our first entry we achieved 33 in the overall Times 100 with a 2 star recognition award from Best Companies for a highly successful submission – almost unheard of in a company’s first entry.
