About Niki Anand

With over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, I am passionate about helping clients leverage technology to achieve their business goals and deliver value to their customers. As Chief of Staff, I serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to the Chief Data Officer helping to establish a federated data organization and drive a data-driven mindset across the bank. I partnered with executives and senior leaders across the bank to ideate different use cases, build relationships, and execute against the data roadmap. In my previous role as a Senior Managing Consultant at IBM, I played a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives for some of the largest and most respected financial institutions in the world. I worked with cross-functional and dynamic teams to design and deliver solutions that improved customer experience, operational efficiency, and IT modernization. Some of the projects I led or contributed to include developing a cloud-based platform for a global bank, launching a digital wallet for a regional bank, and creating a customer loyalty program for a leading insurance company. Through these projects, I demonstrated my analytical skills, team leadership, change management, and ability to deliver results in complex and fast-paced environments.
