I am pleased to share that I have primarily been responsible for overseeing the Cardio Women and Soft Women layouts within the fitness cluster. However, my role extended beyond these two areas, as I also managed the entire fitness cluster. From April 2024 I observed significant growth in turnover, particularly within the Cardio Women and Soft Women sections. A key focus of mine was maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the layouts, ensuring they were consistently merchandised to a high standard. Additionally, I worked diligently to reduce shrinkage rates across the cluster, contributing to overall operational efficiency- I am pleased to share that, in my first year of work, I achieved notable success, securing 3rd place on the monthly podium twice – once in June and again in December- Additionally, I successfully organized two tie-ups and hosted two significant events, including a yoga event and a gym event- I contributed to 9 inventories conducted over the past months and completed over 10 large transactions, each totalling up to I also handled two bulk orders, one starting at and the other at Furthermore, I actively contributed to our online presence by submitting 200 GMB reviews- Most importantly, I have developed a strong base of loyal customers, and I take pride in ensuring that the customers I assist leave satisfied and happy with their experience- Additionally, I have received positive feedback from both the Gills and Pune store leaders regarding the performance and management of my fitness cluster.
