Below are the key responsibilities - Hiring for volume and niche skills across locations in India Creating and executing sourcing plan as per the requirement laid by the businesses. Conduct HR Interview round and negotiations with candidates on salary and role and hire strictly as per organization’s salary range Rolling out job offers as per the SLA and ensuring smooth process for the candidates Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for business units that includes sourcing, screening, interview, selection, salary negotiations, offer processing and follow-ups till the candidate joins the organization. Few highlights - Resulted in maintaining a minimum of 70% conversions of the candidates(joined/offer released)- Successfully meeting quarterly individual and team target every quarter - Expertise in high volume sourcing of relevant profiles - Channels used for sourcing candidates are Boolean Searches, Networking, Job portals(Naukri, Foundit, Shine), Linkedin Sourcing, GitHub, Employee referrals, Vendors, Company’s official Career site, etc. Identify right set of candidates for requirements shared by the stakeholders. Strong ability to screen and prepare list of candidates for the interview within specified time limits Responsible to build detailed hiring plans with deliverables, timelines and tracking process/metrics Indulge in daily meetings with the business leaders and hiring managers and develop a strong relationship woth them Continuous engagement to find the right channels for reaching out to potential candidates and maintain a good talent pipeline. Conduct candidate connect and provide pre-joining sessions to ensure candidates are well engaged resulting in a healthy joining ratio Maintaining updated data to be shared with key stakeholders Timely response to candidates seeking status and resolving candidates’ issues Experience in handling stakeholders at all levels Knowledge on the IT Industry trends.
