I’m a Senior Engineer working at the intersection of software engineering and EDA.Over the years, my work has shifted from “how do I solve this problem?” to “how do I help others solve the right problem with clarity?”Most of my experience is in building and improving EDA tools, understanding digital design flows, and turning complex ideas into simple, reliable software. I enjoy going deep into systems, finding what really matters, and helping teams think clearly when the details get noisy.Along the way, I’ve discovered that seniority is less about writing the most beautiful code and more about: • asking better questions • guiding engineers toward clarity • thinking from the customer’s point of view • seeing the bigger picture • protecting the team from chaos so they can do their best workThis shift from pure coding to leadership thinking has made me grow faster in the last few months than in the last few years.I write about clarity, leadership, and career growth for engineers because I’m learning these lessons in real time and sharing them the same way my mentors once shared with me.My goal is simple:To keep improving as an engineering leader and to help more engineers grow with clarity, confidence, and direction.
