With over 14 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Machine Learning and Business Intelligence, I am a results-oriented and strategic leader who is passionate about leveraging data and AI to power businesses and products. Currently, I am a Data Science Leader at Meta\'s Monetization Gen AI group, where I lead a team of Data Scientists focussing on the Core Eval platform and Monetization strategy for our Business AI agents.In my previous roles at WhatsApp, Meta Reality Labs, Convoy Inc, and Capital One, I have led technical and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product analytics strategies that generated up to $2.5B in long-term revenue and scaled Data Science teams by 3x. I have also applied deep technical skills in Python and SQL, as well as my expertise in A/B testing and experimentation, to drive data-driven decision making and optimize user retention and engagement. In addition, I am an Adjunct Professor at the University of Washington, where I teach Data Analysis to graduate students in the Supply Chain, Transportation, and Logistics program. I excel at communicating and collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders, aligning with organizational objectives, and balancing long-term strategic goals with short-term operational excellence.
