Most recently, I led multi-product Test-Driven Development (TDD) platform standardization across Amazon device lines. By defining reusable frameworks for prototyping, UX integration, and automated validation, we reduced delivery timelines from 8 weeks to 3 weeks while maintaining high quality. This accelerated iteration of AI-driven customer experiences and unlocked experimentation across multiple product lines. Prior to that, I designed and implemented the Bring Your Own AI (BYOAI) framework, enabling any Amazon team to safely integrate third-party AI tools into customer-facing workflows. By reducing integration friction, standardizing security and telemetry, and streamlining operational reliability, BYOAI became the default pattern for enterprise AI adoption across the company, accelerating the deployment of innovative features to customers. I also led the enterprise deployment of Agentic AI IDE, partnering with vendor and internal engineering to validate AI model compatibility, integrate authentication, and operationalize secure development. This directly increased developer productivity and sped up the delivery of AI-assisted features for Amazon teams.
