   I lead the engineering for machine learning model development and LLM Model customization (fine-tuning) experience on Amazon SageMaker. ML Scientists use SageMaker to build, train, customize, deploy and monitor AI/ML models.• Lead a high performing team of 120+ engineers and senior managers who build and own a large portfolio of products for ML model development and fine-tuning with 100s of millions of dollars of annual revenue and strong YoY growth rate.• Drive product vision and multi-year strategy for machine learning products used by data scientists and engineers. Some of these products are SageMaker Studio, ML model training and model customization/fine-tuning experience, Machine Learning IDEs such as JupyterLab, RStudio & VS Code, data science SDKs & CLIs and integration with 3P partner AI applications (e.g: CometML, FiddlerAI).• Delivered next generation SageMaker Studio with 90% improvement in latency, 25% improvement in availability and a seamless user experience resulting in CSAT increase from 30% to >80%.• Delivered a brand new product to easily onboard 3P machine learning applications on SageMaker Studio providing best-in-industry tools to SageMaker customers.• Delivered many Tier-1 product features that were announced by AWS CEO/CTO in key forums such as AWS re:Invent.• Cultivated a culture of Innovation and Operational Excellence culture in the org resulting in significant improvements in shipping high quality products faster to customers.• Coached leaders and grew them to the role of Senior Managers and Principal Engineers.
