Mirador therapeutics is a next-gen precision immunology company focusing on unmet needs for patients with gut, skin and lung inflammatory and fibrotic diseases. My role is leading the in-vitro pharmacology efforts and closely working across multiple teams (M360- Patient stratification, QSP, protein engineering, translational sciences and with Executive Leadership) to deliver IND enabling data packages and author IND report sections.I routinely perform cell-based assays including with primary cells, whole blood, Dx assays, MSD based biomarker panel profiling, and reporter-based profiling. I lead project review meeting for one portfolio project on target analysis and perform SWOR analysis for market competitiveness of portfolio targets. Currently managing work through external CRO’s including project planning, work order/PO generation and interfacing with legal teams. I have received two Mirador Way awards from Executive Team and Discovery team for accomplishing moonshot goals and delivering IND-enabling data for lead program (2024 and 2025).
