I believe the future of platform and asset reliability lies at the intersection of complex systems architecture and Artificial Intelligence. With over five years of experience engineering hyperscale Kubernetes platforms, I transitioned into a Data Scientist role at IBM India Software Labs (ISL) within the Sustainability Software vertical.In my current role, I apply Machine Learning and Generative AI to redefine the Asset Management Lifecycle for the IBM Maximo portfolio. My work focuses on moving enterprise asset management from reactive maintenance toward intelligent, AI‑driven, and sustainability‑first operations, building systems that enable predictive decision‑making at scale.This includes exploring agentic AI patterns where models reason over asset context, orchestrate actions, and progressively close the loop between insight and execution.What differentiates me is the ability to bridge hyperscale infrastructure engineering with advanced AI innovation, grounding machine learning systems in real‑world operational complexity.The SRE Foundation:I previously contributed to large‑scale infrastructure modernization initiatives, driving the migration of legacy fleets to VPC‑based architectures and enforcing Zero Trust security through context‑based access controls. My operational focus was on securing public cloud infrastructure and designing automated remediation systems that eliminated thousands of hours of manual toil.The AI Edge:I have consistently focused on reinventing how complex systems are operated. One example is Upgrade Companion, a tool I built using IBM watsonx.ai to streamline Kubernetes upgrades by detecting deprecated APIs and generating validated fixes through GitOps workflows.
