About Nikhil Chug
I work as a Senior Business Process Analyst at ON Semiconductor in the area of Procure-To-Pay Supply Chain systems. Apart from the process improvement projects, I also lead the system integrations of acquired companies and manage the change for the new employees who become part of the ON Semiconductor\'s ecosystem. In 2015, I moved to Tempe, AZ from India to pursue my MBA in Supply Chain from Arizona State University. While pursuing my MBA, I decided that it is worthwhile to pursue a dual degree in Business Analytics to learn about this emerging field and its application in the business environment. Before my MBA, I was working for six years in IT Operations managing the infrastructure, new implementations, ITIL-defined processes (incident management, change management, problem management, root cause analysis), and applications. Over time, I had a team of 3 contractors working with me. I love solving complex business problems using a combination of both intangible and tangible skills. I am looking to grow my career in the field of product management and program management. The skills I have acquired or honed in the past couple of years in my current role are: Change Management Agile Methodologies Data/Information Synthesis and Analysis Stakeholder Management Process Improvement Data Analysis tools - SQL, Hyperion Knowledge of Procure-To-Pay SOX Controls Project Management Streamlining processes using SharePointI like to play table tennis, badminton, and cricket, and would love to play a hand with anyone who may be interested.

Managing the Blue Yonder implementation for Frontend Planning and architecting the Materials Planning and Procurement, as a part of multi-year large planning transformation program• Took initiative to deliver the end-to-end architecture of the materials planning flow for the most critical materials used in backend supply chain, thus reducing confusion around understanding of these material categories and saving program timeline• Explored the till-date implementation of Blue Yonder solution for Frontend Planning and highlighted a major gap in supply chain modeling, which will result in incorrect wafer starts and influenced the decision to reconsider the supply chain model• Redesigned the flow of data between Blue Yonder and ERP systems for Purchase Order creation, saving 2 months of non-productive development effort
