Serving the Nation with Finance, Data, Policy & PurposeCivil servant | Civil Engineer | Public Policy | Data analysis | Software development| Finance and regulations | Audit lead | Motivational speaker | Passionate mentor | Explorer | LearnerI am currently serving as Joint Controller (Revenue & Administration), Delhi, in the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, Government of India, having entered the civil services through the 2016 Civil Services Examination.With a career spanning non-tax revenue assessment & collection- collecting over INR crores for Government of India, internal auditing- Auditing telecom field offices of Northern India, legal administration, social welfare management- pension and subsidy management, and public finance management, I bring a cross-functional perspective to governance and public policy. I have previously worked in the private sector as a Java Developer, enriching my problem-solving and technical skillset early on.I have also established an Innovation cell to instituionalise innovation and creative solutions in Department of Telecom and working in the capacity of its Director.I hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering from MNNIT Allahabad, a Master’s in Development Studies with Gold Medal conferred by the Hon’ Vice President of India. I also have recently completed Masters in Management Science from IIM Bangalore.I am deeply invested in lifelong learning—holding 50+ certifications from prestigious national and global institutions like IIMs, IITs, ISB, United Nations, ITU, etc, in areas such as data analytics, AI, financial management, administration, and public policy.Outside of work, I’m a curious traveler (having visited all Indian states and 200+ districts), a self-taught pianist and painter, a foodie, manga reader, and someone who finds joy in connecting with young minds—speaking, mentoring, and learning alongside them.Always open to collaboration, conversations, and meaningful exchange of ideas.
