Among a few options, I would probably caricature myself as an alchemist - always in the pursuit of the next magic potion, which outdoes my previous one. And determined to avoid those little lab explosions in the process:)And so, I am a senior technologist who builds enterprise communication products/solutions, strategic business capabilities and future-proof automation for global Telecom market leaders.Over 17 years, I have advised and delivered IT automation to complex process-driven, service-focussed and hi-tech businesses within global Telecoms –their ICT enterprise verticals, National Telco Carriers, ISP divisions, Regulated CSPs, Mobile divisions and Captive Development subsidiaries. I strategize their Business Architectures and BSS/OSS as part of their multi £bn, £mn transformation programs. And help them speed-up go-to-market, optimise costs and simplify operating models by, productising services, streamlining process and functions.Currently, as an Enterprise Architect within Chief Portfolio Architecture @ BT Global Services (by secondment) – I focus on future tech like Programmable Networks, SDN & NFV ready BSS/OSS, Autonomic Operation, and Policy-driven automation. I champion model-driven frameworks to design Products & Services, shape the BTGS target architecture and influence its Go-to-Market strategy.Most recently, I am innovating a framework for Programmable Future Operation. And as the driving-force behind a TM Forum Catalyst – “Real Virtuality”, am its lead for Dallas (Nov 2016), Singapore (Dec 2016) and upcoming Nice (May 2017) show-cases. I was a speaker at TM Forum Live! Asia 2016, Singapore. I follow and contribute to the Standards, Best Practice development in forums like TM Forum, MEF, ETSI, and ONF.I am TOGAF 9.1 Certified. And I augment my EA skill by being hands-on in some key technology/tools related to SDN/NFV.HP Service Director | OpenStack | Open Contrail | TOSCA | YANG etc.
