About Nikhil Saxena
Nikhil is a Senior Technical Lead in PwC HR Transformation practice with more than 8 years of consulting experience in HR systems implementations, which includes 6 years of extensive experience in Workday integrations. He has completed the formal training and certified on Workday 32 and worked with several large global clients helping them in the implementations of both Legacy and SaaS HR systems. He most recently serving as the Payroll Integration Co-Lead for a global service delivery project for a Fortune 500 company with employees in 90 countries as they shifted from multiple country specific legacy HR systems to Workday as the single system for Core HR and also consolidated the payroll system globally. He specializes in Workday packaged and custom integrations including Core connectors, Studio and PICOFs. Nikhil has lead teams during the design, build and testing phases of global workday implementation projects. He also has extensive experience in coordination with external technology vendors, client and third party consultants.He has good understanding on Workday Cloud Platform app development also he has good understanding on automation tool like UI Path, data analysis tool like Alteryx and data visualisation tool like Tableau. Also underwent a formal training on Java, Oracle Database and technologies at Mahindra Satyam Technology Centre, Hyderabad for 3 months.
