About Nikhil Salkar

I have a natural affinity for problem solving, with a First Principles approach. I have failed forward as an entrepreneur of a significant part of my professional life with the rest spent at NowFloats, one of India\'s fundamental companies solving for the MSME market. I am a Product Manager by trait and have been involved in Market Research, Product Management, Business Management, Business Strategy (Captain Generalist) for soft-tech products in domains like Healthcare Delivery and SaaS Distribution. It turns out, by the grace of my esteemed hindsight :D, I have always been focused on solving for Discovery & Delivery in resource-constrained markets. Over the course of my career, I believe, I have developed, and nurtured an instinct for user sensitivity. This is the cornerstone of my work as a Product person. It helps me inquire better, take better perspectives, articulate problem-statements better, measure right and eventually build meaningful products. I work best with folks with a high degree of agency, an action bias, proactive communication and a good sense of humour (more like tolerance to my jokes and banter).
