I am currently a part of the Office of the CEO at Grant Thornton Bharat, wherein I directly work with the Firm Leadership to drive and execute strategic projects.Prior to this, I was a part of the Human Capital Consulting team at the same organisation, wherein I worked with clients to execute and enhance their people strategies. I led the Rewards and Incentives vertical, and have significant experience of designing and implementing various short-term and long-term incentives plans. My portfolio consists of more than 40 companies spanning across IT / ITeS, BFSI, Hospitality, Real Estate, Ed-Tech and Manufacturing.I was also actively involved in projects revolving around strategy articulation, organisation restructuring, balanced scorecards, performance management overhaul, people experience, process optimisation, HR Due Diligence and Commercial Due Diligence.On a personal front, I am highly passionate about storytelling, and love to write about my life experiences in a bid to positively impact people around me. I am also a keen debater and love to discuss anything and everything new in the world of business and beyond.
