I have over 4 years of experience in the Commercial and Residential Real Estate Industry, beginning my career at Colliers and currently working at Fengate Asset Management. I started as a Revenue Accountant in January 2021 and advanced to Property Accounting in March 2022. In this role, I managed a diverse industrial and retail portfolio, handling full-cycle accounting functions, including month-end reconciliations, recoveries, invoice processing, expense tracking, journal entries, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting, while also assisting with audits.At Morguard, I expanded my expertise to include Residential Property Accounting and continued pursuing my CPA designation. Recognizing my passion for commercial real estate, I joined Fengate Asset Management in August 2023 as a Property Accountant, overseeing a robust industrial portfolio.In addition to my corporate experience, I have extensive skills in accounts receivable/payable and fund accounting. I also moonlight as a copywriter and content writer, with several published blogs and experience managing social media accounts for various companies. I hold a Master\'s degree in Accounting from Auckland University of Technology and am currently working towards my CPA and CFA accreditations.
