Independent technical clarification of the process technology machines, in the field of thermal product treatment (Flash Pasteurizers / UHTs) in the offer- and order stage. · Clarification of the detailed product characteristics and heating/treatment requirements, as well as utility data and technical specifiaction from customer· Basic conceptual design of the process technology systems (P & ID, guaranteed values, performance data), Matching the concept to the beverages to be treated and produced in relation to an optimal solution in terms of economy (CAPEX & OPEX) · Coordination of the interfaces to the upstream processes (syrup room) and downstream machines (filling and packaging equipment) · Opportunity Identification and point of contact for customers and responsible for offers and orders · Creation of tenders and solicitation of offers from third-party machines · Sales support and customer presentations for company products and technologies · System support for conversions, extensions, subsequent deliveries or retrofitting and additional customer requests and complaints processing · Participation in quality improvement (design, machine/process development)· Interface to the sales team at Krones AG Germany -> support to bring the right data in the SAP System· Work together with the processing department in Krones AG to build the right machine which fits to the customer requirements
