Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws. Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues. Oversee recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental policies. Timely monitoring Maintenance of premises of Manufacturing plant. Daily monitoring time management of workers or employees. Maintain decorum of all worker or employees like Dressing/Safety kits/PPE’s. Ensure/Monitor cleaning of change room and Admin Building. Handle New joining formalities and documentation. Responsible for Ensure Safety measures of all new joiner employees. Responsible for Handle Employees grievances. Conduct Outsider training on need. Vendor management as per HR prospectus.
