As a seasoned Senior Radar Signal Processing Engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience in Pulse, Radar, ADAS FMCW radar technology, and a lectureship, I am adept at leading critical modules in radar algorithm development. I am eager to contribute my technical proficiency and strategic mindset to a dynamic team in a collaborative and challenging automotive technology environment. In my current role as a Senior Radar Signal Processing Engineer at Fusionride, I have taken a pivotal role in system design and shaping the software architecture of the radar signal processing (RSP) module. This includes creating a comprehensive flowchart for the entire RSP processing chain and prototyping it in MATLAB. I have defined structures for modules, meticulously designed input/output structures, and determined data sizes to optimize system efficiency. Given the multi-core AWR2944 chip environment, I\'ve significantly contributed to the calculating memory requirements, decision-making process on how to parallelize processes across multiple cores, ensuring optimal performance. I have a deep understanding of the underlying principles of radar signal processing and am skilled in designing, implementing, and testing algorithms for range, Doppler, azimuth, elevation, and RCS estimation. I have also worked extensively on elevation techniques, including MIMO antenna beamforming-based elevation and HRT-based elevation. Additionally, I have contribution experience with code optimization, memory management, runtime management, and testing methodologies. Passion Beyond Work: Dedicated to continuous learning, I hold a Master\'s degree in Embedded System and VLSI. Outside of the professional realm, I find joy in trekking, fitness activities, and exploring literature on financial literacy and inspiration.
