Program manage synergy between Myntra and Flipkart inventory and marketplace systems- Onboard new categories for Myntra client on Flipkart systems- Work closely with stakeholders to define systems & KPI’s to suit business priorities that evolve with time- Partner closely with product, technology and sciences teams to define and build innovative and delightful experiences for customers- Reduction of defects through continuous improvement and drive accountability across multiple business units in order to deliver large scale high visibility/ high impact projects- Handle customer expectations and resolve conflicts that balance stakeholder and company needs- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities- Deploy various methodologies to reduce loss and debits to Last Mile vendors on process deviation- Drive VOC, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS) actionable across the team and maintain/improve the scores- Run basic analytics on Vendor performances & determine root causes for dips in vendor performances- Conduct regular training of delivery executives and hub team to enhance customer experience- Perform extensive Data analysis on large data to identify scope of improvement & design optimal solution
