Hi, I am Nikhil Mishra currently I am working as a Telecom Network Engineer dedicated to ensuring the stability and performance of critical network infrastructure. Expertise in proactive alarm monitoring and swift escalation to minimize disruptions. Proficient in utilizing ITSM tools for comprehensive incident lifecycle management, including ticket raising, resolution, and detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Adept at generating insightful client reports by extracting and analyzing data from ITSM systems and Kibana. Daily responsibilities include application sanity checks, data integrity validation (site counts, data volumes), and identifying potential vulnerabilities. Collaborates effectively using SharePoint to provide clients with easy access to key data. Manages site lifecycle requests (activation, deletion, SSA changes) through diligent fault analysis and targeted issue resolution.Apart from my computing skills, I also have great interpersonal and oratory skills and had participated in many school debates. I am also expertised in leadership qualities and have strong communication and presentation skills. I am capable of handling any type of critical situations with a strong deter to complete and accomplish the task successfully and in a proper way. Displine, proper attitude and responsibility are the three keystones of my life.Lastly my objective is to pursue a challenging career which gives scope for obtaining knowledge, enhancing my skills and to reach the pinnacle, in the field of computing and subsequent research with sheer determination, dedication and hardwork.
