Working as Windows & VMware administrator.Responsibilities: • Hands on experience on 2008,2012,2016, 2019 Windows servers• Managing alerts and closing within SLA using service now tool• Resource management in Environment• Creation, deletion and managing of user accounts in Active Directory• OS Patching of windows VM’s using WSUS and manually• Creating snapshots, Templates and Clones as per request.• Deploying VMs from Templates and performing the hardening • Disk addition, increasing disk space, data store creation, extend and maintenance of Vcenter servers.• Monitor & Manage VM server and check their daily health checks• VMware ESXi 6.0, 6.5, 6.7 Host server installation and configuration• ESXi patching/upgrade/hardening using Update manager and Putty• VCenter upgrade and patching• Vcenter to Vcenter migration of VM’s, ESXi etc using Cross vcenter workload migration utility• Managing separate VMware clusters like Non-production, Production, windows, Linux etc• VMware server installation, configuration & maintenance through VSphere client and VSphere WebClient.• VM’s migration between cluster using V2V convertor• Firmware Management and Upgrade for Cisco chassis and Blade• Working on failover cluster• Providing and maintaining user account in Vcenter server, creation of local accounts and admin accounts• Configuration DRS and HA clusters• svMotion and VMotion• Addition and deletion of entries in DNS server• Working on VMWare Tools Installation• Working on windows vulnerability• Performing Change Request & Implementation as per ITIL guidelines
