I am currently working as a Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation specialist as Senior consultant at PwC with the Digital Transformations team with certifications in Absence & Core HR. I design cutting edge HR solutions to clients by identifying and analyzing the critical business challenges faced by clients, leveraging Cloud Technology. I am currently working with clients based out of Middle East in the domain of Event Management, Construction, and Insurance. I worked with clients in optimizing their Core HR, Absence, Goals, Performance, OTL (Support), Payroll (Support) business processes, Recruitment Taleo & PaaS modules. I have an extensive understanding of HDL, SDL and OTBI reporting tools. I am responsible for understanding and analyzing clients current business processes through As-Is sessions. Identifying the challenges and areas of improvement by performing critical analysis. Creating new optimized solutions as per the industry standards. Showcasing the solutions and bringing the client onboard with the new processes through the To-Be & CRP sessions. Conducting workshops to Train the users and helping them by creating user manuals through the UAT sessions. Implementing the new solutions in the Oracle cloud Fusion ERP systems. Stabilizing the system after the Post Go-Live by providing the critical support. I pursued my MBA (Leadership & Strategy) at BITSoM. Elected Student Council Member envisioned & executed (cracking case competitions) workshops. Won IIM B Case competition provided GTM strategy for a pre-seed startup.
